Missions
Our church is supporting two missionary families:
Pablo and Sarah Cenepo-Torres
are ministering in Trujillo, Peru, in a church founded by the brother
of Jim Elliot, Bert Elliot. The church is a Brethren congregation.
Pablo is involved in church planting, evangelism and leadership
training. God has blessed thme with four girls: Abigail, Hannah,
Gabriela & Selah.
Dan and Opal Wokaty are
missionaries in Hermosillo, Mexico. Dan is working in the Instituto
Práctico Ebenezer, a four-year Bible Institute that also offers
continuing education classes for pastors. The institute is associated
mainly with independent, fundamental Baptist churches. Dan teaches
several classes and does some administrative work. He also does some
preaching in the church he attends. They have four children: Anna,
Abigail, Daniel, and Damaris.
